From November 2010 Gerardo opens a space of 100% vegan food, in which the main purpose is to promote the protection and care of animal life, and likewise rescue the natural coexistence of humans with other beings on earth.
The Vegan Café sun emerges as a cultural space to create awareness of animal life but also of stewardship, offering workshops on permaculture, bio-architecture and eco-techniques. Space is offered vegan jazz, butoh dance performance, as well as celebrating the 27 anniversary shoes, among others.
The first seeds had been sown already during the first months of constancy in SOL VEGAN coffee and then it was time to grow ...

independent initiative in the area located north of San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas which offered courses in English, piano, guitar and permaculture workshops for the indigenous population of this area. Among the activities at the cultural center were carakol-punk piano concert, a tribute to screwball, the celebration of World Day of corn, documentaries, cultural evening in memory of those perished in Ecuador. permaculture camps, among others.
